Donald L. Clark, age 76, of Croswell died surrounded by his family on Thursday, March 13, 2008 in his home.
He was born June 18, 1931 in East Detroit, son of the late John and Minnie (Kurtz) Clark. Don graduated from East Detroit High School in 1950.
He married Elizabeth J. Renaud on July 11, 1952 in Pontiac.
Mr. Clark was the sales manager at Beaden Screen from 1971 to 1993. He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church Croswell, F & AM Lodge #469 and the Lexington Commandery #27 Knights Templar
Don loved spending time with his family. Don was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved the outdoors, traveling, camping, reading, word puzzles, and loved the Lord and worshipping in his church on Sunday morning.
Surviving are his wife, Betty. Three sons: Kevin (Saypin) of Thailand, John of San Francisco, CA and Michael of Ruby. One daughter Susan Vallee of Croswell. One brother Charles (Imelda) of Warren and two sisters Helen (Dave) Jones of Port Huron and Marion (Bob) De Wolfe of Clinton Twp. Six grandchildren Ryan (Angela) Vallee; Christopher Vallee; Jesse, Aaron, Nathan, and Nici Clark. Two great grandchildren: Fayth and Ava Vallee.
Funeral services have been held at Trinity Episcopal Church Lexington with Rev. Rick Schark officiating.
Burial is in Croswell Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the church or Croswell Masonic Lodge.

Our prayers and condolences to Dan Elmer and his family upon the death of Edith E. Culverwell, 86, who passed away last Thursday, February 21. She was born to Edward & Nellie Culverwell on August 9, 1921, in Flint Michigan.
She received her Master's Degree in teaching from the University of Michigan. From 1943 to 1982, she taught first grade at Coolidge Elementary School in Flint. Parents who had Edith as their teacher and continued to live in the Coolidge school district requested her for their children's first grade teacher. What a tribute to a dedicated teacher.
Edith moved to Port Sanilac in 1995. She was a former member of the Port Sanilac Lioness Club. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Lexington.
She is survived by her cousin, Daniel Elmer. To him she gave a mother's unconditional love after his mother's death when he was four years old. She was close to Dan's wife, Ann Elmer and their son, Stephen. She was preceded in death by her sister, Jean Culverwell in 1983.
Visitation is from 1 p.m.-7 p.m. Sunday, February 24, 2008, at the Pomeroy Funeral Home in Lexington, Michigan.
Funeral service for Edith will be on Monday, February 25, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church in Lexington by The Rev. Fr. Rick Schark.
